Team 1: Front Door
Parking
Our Parking team serves as the first line in welcoming guests and members to the worship services. If you enjoy being outside, have a friendly smile and like to give direction, this team is for you. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Greeters
The Greeting team serves as the first impression to guests and members. Greeters make people feel welcome, accepted and comfortable by showing the unconditional love of Christ. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Team 2: Follow-up
Guest Services/Welcome Center
Our Guest Services volunteers welcome members and guests as they arrive each weekend and help them prepare for an incredible worship experience at thechurch. Hosts are needed for each service to take care of the guest from the moment they enter the parking area until they leave at the end of the service. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Care Team
The Care team supports the family of thechurch when crisis occurs. It is a Christ centered ministry designed to love, support and encourage individuals in a crisis. Our volunteers pray for and support those going through an unexpected crisis. Several ways to volunteer in the care ministries are by joining our prayer team, follow-up team, hospital visitation, nursing home and hospitality. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Ushers
Volunteers are needed to help seat the people as they enter the doors of the auditorium and to help collect the tithes and offering at each weekend service. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Newsletters/Outlines
Volunteers are needed at each auditorium entrance to hand out the newsletter and message outlines. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Resource Center
Volunteers are needed to help sell the resources that are made available to help people in their walk with Christ. Open before and after each weekend service. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Partners In the Vision Membership Class (PIV)
Our Partners In the Vision class helps people become members of thechurch. If you enjoy sharing your faith with others and helping them connect into the life of our church, join us as we welcome them and guide them on their journey. For more information, call 419-866-2094.

Connect Lounge

Team 3: Shock & Awe
Our Volunteer team uses technology in the form of sound, video, lighting and graphics to enhance the life-changing message of Jesus. If you have a heart for service and a desire to learn, we will do the rest. Our staff is committed to equip and train you. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Team 4: Worship & Creative Arts
The Worship and Creative Arts at thechurch is designed to provide our members a place to serve God using their God-given talents. Our goal is to dramatically communicate the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Missions/Outreach
Showing love and compassion…together each of us is pursuing our unique calling. God has placed within each of us a spiritual treasure of gifts that are to be used to build up the body of Christ and impact a world in need.
From local, national, and international projects, thechurch is reaching out to a world in need. Through humanitarian assistance, evangelistic outreach, and local church development, thechurch is committed to sharing its man-power, resources, and experience to help others. Team 6: Small Groups
RISE Women
RISE Women was created to challenge, inspire, and encourage women from all walks of life to be all that God created them to be. We would like you to be a part of that vision by serving in an area that best fits your God-given talents while connecting with women of thechurch. R.E.A.L. Men
Our Men’s Ministry volunteer team helps prepare men for spiritual leadership in every area of their lives. Join us as we become REAL Followers of Christ! For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Men’s Breakfast
The next men’s breakfast is just around the corner! Grab a friend and come join the men of thechurch in the Restaurant on Strayer for a “man-sized” meal, great fellowship and an encouraging message. The Men’s breakfast takes place on the second Saturday of each month at 7:30am.
Lifegroups
Our Team volunteers help make small groups a creative and compelling place for adults to gather. If you are a creative thinker, enjoy facilitating conversation among friends, volunteering in this Ministry might be right for you! For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Healthy Toledo
Nurturing the whole person…together we are pursuing vibrant health. God teaches that we are to present our bodies as living sacrifices in service to Him. We desire to offer to Him the healthiest body possible by following Biblical instruction on nutrition, hygiene, exercise and rest. Sports Teams
Sports Small Groups offer a comfortable and familiar environment to connect to other sports minded individuals at thechurch. Sports Small Groups are primarily coed and are open to all members and regular attenders. Participation fees apply and vary from sport to sport. Team 7: Children, Youth, Young Adults
K.I.A. (Birth - 5th Grade)
Our K.I.A. volunteer team shares the message of Jesus Christ with Children in a fun, energetic and creative environment. If you have a heart for children and enjoy watching their faith grow, we have a place for you within our ministry. Held during all of the weekend services. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Two20 Junior High (6th -8th Grade)
Junior High students meet on the first sunday of the month in the auditorium. On the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Sundays they meet in the chapel in the north building with Pastor Jake.
Students (9th-12th Grade)
Our Student Ministry volunteers help students reach the next level in their personal relationships with Christ. By leading a life that honors and glorifies God, our volunteers can provide leadership, encouragement and support to the students as they navigate through the difficult teen years. Jr. High is Wednesdays at 7pm and Sundays at 9am & 11am. Sr. High is Wednesdays at 7pm. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Seniors/College
The focus of our Singles Volunteer team is to welcome single individuals into the church and help them become a part of the thechurch family. The events and small groups available provide a fun, relaxing and creative environment for singles to fellowship together as they grow in their faith. Epic, an explosive, powerful, and innovative worship experience, takes place monthly on a Sunday at 6:35pm. Small Groups are also available on Sundays. Great coffee and live entertainment on Saturdays following the service in our Strayer Coffee Shop. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Special Needs
Our special needs volunteer team assists in providing a Christ-centered environment for children with special needs so the children and their families can hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. For more information, call 419-866-2094.

Build Team
Our Build Team volunteers assist with carpentry, painting, graphics, interior design, and set changes that occur throughout the year in our Kidz In Action and other areas of Ministry. They also support special events such as Freedom Fest and Fall Fest. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Set-up/Tear Down
Our Volunteer team provides vital support to out Facilities Department and Set-up Crew. They assist with both weekday and weekend projects such as painting, cleaning detail, maintenance and room set-up/tear down. Daytime Office/Special Projects
Our Daytime Office volunteers assist our administrative offices with data entry, weekend preparations, and phone information. Call 419-866-2094.
Graphics
Our Graphics volunteers assist our graphics department in designing creative promotional print pieces, website design and formatting life-changing curriculum for a variety of ministries at thechurch. If you are proficient in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe In Design CS3, Adobe Flash CS3, After Effects CS3, or Adobe Premiere Pro, then consider joining our volunteer team. IT Tech
Our IT Tech volunteers assist thechurch in managing all the systems, network and telephony used by the ministries of the church. If you have IT experience or an interest in IS-related work, consider joining our volunteer team. For more information, call 419-866-2094.
Landscape
Do you enjoy working outside? If so, our Grounds volunteer team may be the perfect fit for you! They are the unseen volunteers that commit their time and energy to make sure the landscape and grounds of thechurch look beautiful each weekend. By volunteering only a few hours a month, you can help ensure that the first impression our guests and our members have each weekend is a memorable one.
The Coffee Shop On Strayer
Enjoy flavored coffees, organic muffins, cookies at the Coffee Shop.
The Coffee Shop volunteers provide assistance with healthy snacks, refreshing drinks, and specialty coffees. Saturday nights, enjoy live entertainment following the service.

The Restaurant on Strayer
